If you had asked me a few months ago if I meditate, I’d probably give you a “Are you crazy??” look. But have a look at these places and am sure you would say, I can sit here and watch this piece of heaven forever.
Do not be concerned about your thoughts. Do not try to stop them. Let train of thoughts just pass by as you sit there and watch them. Relax with affirmations, visualization and deep breathing. Our being resonates with the sight of trees & flower, sound of birds, and breeze. Nature lovers have discovered this secret without ever studying meditation!
Watching nature or scenery is a great way to calm down and to find inner peace. I don’t do it often, but when I find places that just scream peace and serenity, I do give it a try. What about you, do you meditate? Let’s try it out.
Sadhguru says, “Do not do the thoughts, whether you try to remove them or to have continuous thoughts or 108 sacred thoughts during meditation, you are still trying to do the thoughts.
Don’t overcomplicate the simple. Just breath in, and breathe out.
When the mind wanders, bring it gently back. Try and find what works best for you. These experiences wake something up inside of us and help to set our lives into a more natural rhythm.
I could not have agreed with Osho more “The whole existence is a temple…the trees are continuously in worship, the clouds are in prayer and the mountains are in meditation.”
The place doesn’t really matter, sometimes the window side of your hotel room is just the ideal spot…
Look at this is the place, this is what am talking about – Its colour, the surrounding, calmness. Everything is just perfect!

You can feel your inner self warmed up a little. And of course, one can always embrace spirituality if thats your cup of tea; find a high place, fix your eyes on the mountain top, breathe and begin the search for mindfulness.

Or imagine sitting right under this shade on this beach and counting the waves, am sure you will agree that 1 to 100 seems like an easy task and the breeze would wipe all your tears away.

So, once in a while, empty your cluttered mind, let your thoughts go away, enjoy your own company, feel the serene nature, and get refreshed like never before!
What a beautiful piece. I think I am going to give a shot at meditation after reading this article!
